Care International Switzerland (CIS), one of the world’s leading International humanitarian agencies working in Sudan, currently Implements significant projects In South & East Darfur and South Kordofan CIS Invites applications from qualified candidates to be part of our Khartoum office finance team for the following position:

HR Officer - Khartoum (Require travelling to other CIS sub officer) duration Six month

Gross Monthly Salary: 5.300 – 7.688 SDG

Job summary

The HR Officer Is responsible (or managing Human Resources functions  at Head Office In Khartoum and coordinating HR Reid related functions, which includes recruitment, staff orientation, and administration of all  Human Resources  matters at CIS. HRO Is responsible for assisting coordinating and implementation of the HR policies maintaining proper HR records, and work with Program and Program Support sections co develop s ingles implement Performance management and staff development activities Pay roll and benefit administration contracts management and proper filing for HR related documents The HR Officer provides necessary support, including travel, to the Sub and Field Offices as per requirement S/he is expected to maintain effective internal and external work relationships in order to enable the HR Department to achieve l objectives as per CIS duration for position six months

Responsibilities and Tasks:

-          Rolling out Performance Management system. (15%)

-          Administration of Human Resources functions. (20%)

-          Payroll process benefits and compensation (15%)

-          Support staff capacity building and learning (15%)

-          Building ownership and accountability

-          Uphold CAREs values and contribute (15%)

-          Any other assignment related to the

Qualifications/skills:

-          Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject from reputed University Business administration or human sciences with experiences or major in Human Resources

-          Experience: 3 years working experience in human resources Experience in international Organization will be given preference

-          Language: Good communication skills (written and oral) in both Arabic and English

-          Computer Skills: Word processing excel and spreadsheet familiar with internet is essential

-          Others: Ability to work in a team environment Good interpersonal skills

Desirable’s qualifications and Competencies

-          Master degree  in Human resources and law

-          Problem solving innovation
