Sales and Marketing Engineering job:
We are looking for a competent Sales and Marketing Engineer to support high-ranking officials in our company. He will be the one to organize and maintain the Sales and Marketing in our company.
Sales & Marketing Job brief:
The Sales and marketing executives are responsible for managing company Sales and marketing activities.
He is responsible for establishing and implementing a sales methodology, tracking the sales and measuring performance against sales quotas.
His marketing duties include planning, coordinating and implementing marketing programs to identify and acquire new customers.
He is also define the department's monthly, quarterly and annual goals and make sure that sales and marketing objectives align with overall company goals. In addition to working with major customer accounts and overseeing the creation of sales collateral. He is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with outside vendors, partners and distributors.
He should has excellent writing, interpersonal and public-speaking skills in a marketing and sales executive position. And must be effective leaders, strong negotiators, problem-solvers and work well with different personalities and departments to achieve revenue targets with abilities to manage different projects simultaneously and facilitate group meetings and motivate his team members.
Responsibilities and duties:
1-Submit an annual exhibition participation plan in order to cover existing and new markets for company products.
2- Update existing marketing literature and prepare new marketing literature to suit global objectives and marketing plans of company.
3- Set annual marketing budget and evaluate, approve and finalize annual advertising and sales promotion plans for each area.
4- Identify and utilize the strong points of the company as well as minimize the effects of weaknesses of the company.
5- Evaluate competition aspects and trends in order to design proper marketing strategies.
6 - Preparation of Marketing Forecast Reports on regular basis.
7- Preparation of Sales Plan on quarterly and yearly basis to be approved by the Business Development Manager of company and sales plan can be revised during the particular year, whenever it becomes necessary.
8- Performing reports as giving advice and recommendations to the General Manager concerning Marketing and Sales activities.
9- Attending and participating in all meetings held with important clients.
10 - Preparing and implementing Promotional Plan in order to achieve sales promotion objectives through various means and channels such as field visits, business trips, general correspondence and communications, catalogues and leaflets, advertising in special magazines and directories, participating in exhibitions, invitation to visit factory, selection and distribution of promotional gifts, etc.
11- Settling customer complaints and problems as well as following-up their requirements in aspect of technical problems, deliveries, consulting support, after sales service, etc.
12- Collecting and evaluating marketing information through available sources such as newspapers, magazines, directories, exhibitions, internal historical records of the company, etc.
13- Supervising and conducting sales negotiations with customers aiming at winning new orders and contracts.
14- Managing, supervising and evaluating sales force crew activities.
15- Participating in setting up of pricing policy.
16- Evaluating and approving quotation to be submitted to customers.
The Requirements for Sales and Marketing:-
In general he meets sales goals, negotiation, selling to customer needs, motivation for sales, sales planning, building relationships, coaching, managing sales & marketing processes, Market Knowledge, developing budgets, staffing.
· Proven experience in Sales and Marketing job in engineering sector
· Proven Academic Qualifications, Degree in bachelor in engineering (Electrical, instrumentation, telecom) or Relative field.
· MBA Qualifications are highly appreciated.
· Proficient in MS Office tools.
· In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
· Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
· Integrity and confidentiality.

· The candidates with proven competences and experience.
· Nationality: Sudanese and non-Sudanese applications will be accepted.
· Age 25 – 35 years
· Person with dignity, social, punctuality, ability to deal with different characters and mode of persons.
· Hard working, team work player o Full time job (8hrs/day), in addition to ability to work extra hours on & off site whenever required.
· Arabic & English Fluency (Reading, Writing & Speaking).
