As part of Zain SD team , you will be have the primary responsibility of maximizing the revenue of the current Business Solution portfolio as well as introduce new packages and services to the Business Solution portfolio profitably. This person will be responsible for the new products/services from concept to product launch. Moreover, this person will be responsible to understand and address customers’ needs and plans as well as any post launch technical issues.
If you hold this position , your main responsibilities will be :
o Participate in introducing and designing enterprise business strategy & roadmap with executive stakeholder.
o Work closely with the cross functional team to deliver B2B roadmap, Team will include Technology, Commercial, Finance, Legal, regularity ...exct.
o Identify market best practices and insights relevant to product portfolio.
o Prepare the business requirements document for all new products and services developed by the segments.
o Launching, developing and managing business solution (IOT , Saas , ccaas , connectivity , VAS , …etc )services
o Prepare value proposition for all business solution packages and promos in line with sales recommendations, market research and customer feedback.
o Maintain monthly SWOT and GAP analysis and proactively work and revisit priorities based on market feedback and research.
o Monitor monthly, quarterly and statistical reports against budget/business case on sold/activated/new additions/revenues of enterprise
o Deliver against P&L and KPI,s for products and services portfolio.
o Planning, Rollout and Managing stimulation offers and promotions based on the roadmap and in line with annual and long-term marketing strategy, unique users, differentiation, unique selling points and competitive edge
o Participate on introducing, launching and managing of different terminalsto enterprisesegments
o Responsible for product profitability, product development as mentioned in the KPI
o To be fully accountable for contributing towards achieving Zain financial goals by acquire high value customers and minimizing churn among enterprise subscribers through developing and launching number of business solution products and promotions that address market needs .
o Participate in providing suggestions and ideas for solutions to counter attack competition terminals products, offers and promotions, for current and expected actions done by competition.
o Lead and facilitate product positioning trainings for Sales, Service, and Support teams
· University degree (B.Sc in Telecom/Computer engineering/Computer science). you ideally required to have MBA or any professional Marketing/ Business
· Certification with minimum three years of experience in relevant field.
· As professional marketer you will be expected to have good knowledge of current best practices of Marketing methods and approaches and sound knowledge of current best practice methodologies around product development, business analysis, market research methods and approaches.
· Mobile Telecommunications product/market knowledge is advance.
You are also required to have the following soft skills :
o Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both Arabic & English language.
o Customer oriented and has excellent Interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation, etc...)
o Excellent project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
o Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office.
o Demonstrated creative and effective problem solving skills.
o Solid presentation skills including the ability to explain complex technologies and product features.
o Flexible and accepts changes.
o Has an open mind about solutions.
o Understanding of the trends and issues facing marketers in the digital age
o Knowledge of customers and competitive marketing programs, which is used to develop effective marketing programs and messages
