A reputable company is hiring for numerous positions in Khartoum, Madani, Dongola, Nyala, Gadarif, Atbara, El Fashir, Sinnar and Kordofan
Commercial Lubricants Sales Manager
Position Purpose
To lead, build and develop the policies, strategies and customer base of the Commercial Lubricants (drums) section in all areas through development of staff, effective control of working capital, and operating co5t. To achieve required performance level in supply, distribution, customer satisfaction, market penetration, area coverage and profitability through all franchises and areas of representation. To implement international business standards and performance benchmarks. To implement manufacturer and stakeholder requirements.
Key Accountabilities
• Display features and benefits of alt Commercial lubricants product range to all potential customers In order to build value and desirability of the purchase
• Generate and qualify sales leads to ensure the company and individual meet the monthly sales targets
• Provide management with required reports
• Follow the company designated sales system to ensure our customers receive a professional, consistent experience which maximizes our opportunity to gain customer commitment
• Keep fully up to date with competitor’s products and offers
• Be proactive in enabling business and personal growth by professional development
•All  other reasonable duties as requested by Senior Management
Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a closely related field
• Be able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written Arabic and English at a level that can apply to work situations
• Computer literate
• Able to think in a creative manner to solve problems
• An adaptable and flexible personality with an attention to detail
• A tenacious result focused person who can tolerate stress in a productive manner
• A “people person” who can build effective relationships, and influence customers while also being a positive member of a team
• Clean driving license
• More than 3 years of Sales experience In Commercial Lubricants
